I’m Michele Belcastro—Reiki Master Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist, coach, and a highly sensitive soul, just like many of you. If you’ve been with me since The Violet Butterfly in Palm Harbor, Florida, you’ve probably noticed some changes. I’ve closed the physical space, but not the work. What I’m doing now with Resilient Sensitive feels like a natural next step—something that fits who I am now and how I want to show up. This space is all about helping sensitive and empathic individuals feel seen, supported, and strong in who they are. Whether it’s through coaching, community, or the upcoming membership, I’m here to walk this path with you.

☀️ Welcome Summer: A Season of Becoming

The Summer Solstice is almost here—soon we will be celebrating our longest day of light. Whether you’re feeling lit up from the inside or still finding your way out of the fog, I want to remind you of something important:

You’re not behind. You’re right on time.

This season isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about growing into more of who you already are.

And for those of us who feel deeply, that growth is sacred and personal. It doesn’t always look loud on the outside—but it’s powerful and can make you feel rocked to your core.

The Solstice is a portal. An invitation to realign, recharge, and recommit to the life you’re here to live.
