Hello, I’m Michele, and today I want to share a personal aspect of my life that has deeply influenced the work I do and the passion I bring to it. You see, I am both a sensitive and an empath. My journey as someone with these remarkable traits has been one of self-discovery, growth, and the burning desire to empower others who share these qualities. Understanding My Sensitivity

From an early age, I knew I was different. The world around me seemed more vivid, intense, and intricate. I noticed subtleties that others often missed, and my emotions ran deep. This heightened sensitivity allowed me to connect with people and the world in ways that felt both magical and challenging.

The Awakening of Empathy

As I grew older, my empathy deepened. I began to sense the emotions and energies of those around me on a profound level. Their joy was mine, their pain was mine, and their energy became entwined with my own. This gift of empathy enabled me to truly understand people, but it also presented challenges. I felt the weight of the world’s emotions, often to the point of exhaustion.

I’ve delved into understanding the science and energetics behind these qualities, as well as the tools and techniques that can help harness their power. It’s a journey of learning to set boundaries, practice self-care, and navigate a world that can be overwhelming.
