Your imagination is powerful. When you visualize protection, you’re signaling your body, mind, and energy to align with safety and strength. Think of it as putting on a raincoat before stepping outside—you can still experience the world, but you’re protected from the storm.
The Golden Light Bubble (3-Minute Practice)
- Find Your Center: Take a deep breath, feel your feet connect with the ground.
- Visualize Light: Imagine a warm golden or white light shining from your heart. If there is another color that automatically comes to you – use that color.
- Expand Outward: With each breath, let that light grow until it forms a bubble around you.
- Set the Intention: Say silently, “This light allows in love and positivity, and reflects away what doesn’t serve me.”
- Carry It With You: Hold the image for a few breaths, then move through your day knowing you’re protected.
- Repeat as necessary: Repeat the process whenever you need a reminder that you are safe and protected.
Variations for Different Needs
- Violet Flame: Surround yourself in violet light for deep spiritual cleansing and transformation.
- Grounding Cord: Imagine a strong cord dropping from your bubble into the earth, helping you stay anchored.
When to Use It
- Before entering crowded spaces like stores, parties, or public transit
