Maybe you've heard of this?
Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian healing modality made popular by Joe Vitale in his book "Zero Limits" and in the movie "The Secret". If you have read the book or have seen the movie - you have an idea of what this healing modality is about. If not, let's look a little into 'what is Ho'oponopono'.
What?
Ho'oponopono is pronounced "Ho 'O' pono-pono". It is an ancient Hawaiian problem solving prayer "to make right", "to rectify an error" by releasing memories that are experienced as "problems."
'Limiting Beliefs'
As we go along in life, we pick up beliefs, that may not really ring true for us, but they impact our lives anyway. These 'limiting beliefs' keep us from living in a way where we flow through life with inspired energy and creativity. Instead we are stuck in a loop of our subconscious mind, being triggered by our limiting beliefs.
