Cancellation policy for services: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you have paid in full or paid a deposit and are canceling less than 24 hours in advance, payment is nonrefundable. If you request to reschedule at least 24 hours given, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Refunds will be given in store egift cards or back to your original payment minus credit card processing fees.
